Level 1 Soft Collections Letter Optimised for Xero

This template is designed for first contact about an outstanding debt and has been optimised for use with Xero.

It has the placeholder fields configured to take all the data from your existing contact information.  All you need to do is paste it into your Xero.

This is a soft collection letter that is designed as a gentle reminder to your client that they do have an overdue balance.

We would recommend that this is used when the overdue debt is no more than three days overdue.
